While some cheeses come and go, there are normally 50 to 60 cheeses available for takeaway.  These cheeses are priced by the pound, but are available cut to order.  The below listing is by animal source, followed by an alphabetical listing by the cheese name, followed by the maker and/or geographic source.

This list is updated on a weekly basis.  Some of these cheeses are “seasonal,” and depending on the shipping services, are not always available during hot weather.
